Mt. Kilimanjaro
is the tallest freestanding mountain in the world standing 19,340 ft (5,895 m).  Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro does not require any special skills or expert technical experience.  However, it is definitely a test of endurance.  Over 25,000 people climb this mountain every year. 

Mt. Meru
is an active stratovolcano located 43 miles (70 K) west of Mt. Kilimanjaro.  This mountain rises 14,980 ft. (4,566 m) and is the tenth highest mountain in Africa. 

Ol Doinyo Lengai
(Mountain of the Gods)  Lengai Mountain is an active volcano which lies within the eastern part of the Rift Valley in the north of Tanzania.
